Nick Conner is a Special Process Server.  A private process server is a person who serves (delivers) legal papers as a profession.

“It is very satisfying to me to know that as a result of my work,  positive results will ultimately be produced in the name of justice.”

Service of process is the procedure employed to give legal notice to a person (such as a defendant) of a court or administrative body’s exercise of its jurisdiction over that person so as to enable that person to respond to the proceeding before the court, body or other tribunal.  Usually, notice is furnished by delivering a set of court documents (called “process”) to the person to be served.¹

“In my occupation as an SPS, I personally feel a great deal of satisfaction in being able to contribute to the justice system of this great country of ours.”  It is the constitutional right of the defendant to be given legal notice of any lawsuit that may be filed against them.

For Conner, the field of law and private enterprise was a natural career choice.  His father completed two years of law school before becoming a successful business executive in Wichita and an uncle who served a president of the Kansas Bar Association and was a former secret service agent.  Nick has established his physical office in Wichita . . . the same great city he was born and raised in.  Over the years, ACPS has developed working relationships with in-state and out of state law firms representing owners, lenders, bankers, developers, brokers, contractors, landlords and commercial tenants.  Cases include, but not limited to business and civil trial practice, divorce, domestic relations and family law.  Nick has always enjoyed working with individuals in their time of need.
